Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Ford Credit IT is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data analytics and experimentation solutions using cutting-edge tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Optimizely, and Content Square.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate team workflow, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Create conditions for high-performing teams to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Facilitate conversations to achieve user story completion, ensuring acceptance criteria is actionable and measurable.
  • Use the product roadmap to guide team efforts, delivering highest value outcomes and driving business growth.
  • Facilitate team review of proposed product or service technical design against relevant policies, standards, and principles.
  • Responsible for facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, demo, and daily standup.
  • Bias for action to remove blockers and impediments, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
  • Has experience with JIRA, setting up filters, dashboards, reports, and other tools to support team success.
  • Look for opportunities to improve team processes and norms, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • An effective communicator with experience working with globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Supports and motivates team members during difficult times, helping to maintain high morale and engagement.
Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience working on digital transformation, preferably on the data, analytics, and/or experimentation side.
  • Able to guide and drive the team based on cross-functional alignments, making data-driven decisions to align product roadmaps.
  • Participate and collaborate with engineering team ceremonies to drive execution of various areas, including analytics, experimentation, and visualizations/dashboarding.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects end-to-end.
  • Drive conversations with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to solve dependencies and drive project success.
  • Strong ITSM skills in problem and release management.
  • Able to author key processes and emphasize documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and transfer.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics/ADP (Launch), Adobe Target, Optimizely, Content Square, and GCP.
