We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our AVS team at Amazon Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Work with selected vendors to help drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact
- Provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions
- Propose changes to operational processes and drive a high standard in customer satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality product detail pages and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree or Certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
