Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Director to lead the transition of work from our vendor partners into Chubb Business Services (CBS). This role requires strategic direction, project management, and governance expertise to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively across a complex global network of stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver programs on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
  • Define long-term and short-term program objectives, aligning them with business strategies and goals.
  • Build and manage high-performing program teams by identifying growth areas, moderating conflicts, managing performance, and developing junior team members.
  • Continuously identify, log, and mitigate or allocate risks and issues that may impact program success.
  • Develop detailed program schedules and inter-dependencies, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment between evolving business needs and program delivery plans.
  • Coordinate and chair regular Steering Committee and Governance meetings for each program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other IT Project Management certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project, Jira, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large/complex technology, business, or transformation projects.
  • Experience in full SDLC project delivery using various methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Proven track record of leading executives and influencing others towards a common goal or vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to rely heavily on influence over authority to drive deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services sector, consulting, or insurance is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
