**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Inventory Expert to join our team at Celestica Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Planning and Inventory Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing customer forecasts, working with Global Customer Units and SCM Management to finalize demand plans, and providing analysis to sites as input to site material and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Analyze customer forecasts using available tools and models.
  • Work with Global Customer Units and SCM Management to finalize demand plans.
  • Provide analysis to sites as input to site material and capacity planning.
  • Interlock with Global unit management to close demand plans.
  • Participate in the development of global planning toolsets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
