Gsb Solutions seeks an experienced Vehicle Assembly Process Planning Expert to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing efficient vehicle assembly processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in process planning and optimization. You should be proficient in using software tools such as Catia, 3D Experience, Team Center, and AutoCAD.

Job Description:

  • Plan and implement efficient vehicle assembly processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including RFQs and process sheets
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process planning and optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in process planning and optimization
  • Proficient in using software tools such as Catia, 3D Experience, Team Center, and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
