Position: Bilingual Automation Tester
Key Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to create and execute automated tests
- Experience in manual testing
- Documenting risk analysis
- Previous experience in a test leadership role (preferred)
- Knowledge of test data preparation
- Experience with test management tools such as HP-ALM QC, JIRA, and solid experience in defect management processes
- Experience leading end-to-end validations from inception to production
- Experience working in a mixed process environment with both Waterfall and Agile teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and usage patterns, and plan test designs.
- SQL database knowledge
- Experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA, UFT, or Selenium.
Experience in banking systems (preferable)
English: Advanced (Daily interaction with teams in the US and India)
Work Environment: Hybrid model
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
