We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Ingredion Incorporated. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving all marketing communication activity in the region, inclusive of content development and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans, including product launches and category campaigns, to drive demand for new and existing solutions.
  • Lead specific projects to deploy global segment communication plans and ensure regional content / assets are up to date, localized and translated.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact communications plans and go-to-market tools for regional new product launches.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to drive marketing communications processes and deliverables, including development / approval of SOWs, writing briefs/briefing agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and budget.
  • Oversee the breadth of the Marketing Communications mix, including PR and media activities, sales collateral, advertising, conferences, trade shows, customer events, social media, and internal communication materials for the region.
  • Help prioritize budget allocation aligned with business priorities - global and region - in conjunction with global Marketing Center of Excellence.
  • Function as Content Management Platform strategic lead for region; own/manage content creation process within tool, for their regions/countries.
  • Compliance monitoring (brand, activation and in-region executions).
  • Tradeshows/events activity coordination.
  • Adapt relevant Corporate communications plans and messaging for the regional market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent know-how in communications, marketing, or a related function.
  • 8-10 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a global B2B environment; food and beverage industry experience a plus.
  • A comprehensive project portfolio that demonstrates your abilities in marketing communications planning, design, and implementation including new product launches and events.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, matrix environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexible, responsive and works well on own initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator; strong presentation skills.
  • Good copy writing skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
