At PepsiCo, we're looking for a talented Financial Modeling & KPI Associate Manager to join our team. This role is a key part of our Data, Analytics & AI (D&Ai) strategic initiatives, where you'll develop financial models and implement metrics to evaluate project performance.
The Opportunity
- Develop KPIs and financial models to improve decision-making and transparency.
- Implement, enhance, and coach teams on the Value Realization Framework and associated templates.
- Supervise analysts in direct report and project manager settings.
- Report and showcase successes through case studies and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power-BI, and statistical modeling.
- Preferred 3 years in CPG and/or consultancy. COVID-19 vaccination required.
