The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at our worksite in Hermosillo, Mexico, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily site operations to ensure work completion on schedule and within budget.
- Enforcement of compliance with worksite standards, government regulations, and safety requirements.
- Supervision of the on-site team, providing direction, feedback, and support while conducting daily briefings.
- Addressing and resolving on-site issues or delays promptly, escalating to management as needed.
- Conducting regular check-ins to ensure work quality meets expectations.
- Maintenance of accurate records of on-site activities, incidents, progress, and challenges.
- Coordination with contractors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Management of the delivery, storage, and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Service as the primary on-site point of contact for team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication.
- Proven experience in managing on-site operations or projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, for stakeholder updates.
- Basic technical proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in client and stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and shifting priorities.
