M3 Global Research is a leading market research provider, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized French speaking panel recruitment coordinator to join our team. As a panel recruitment coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our French speaking panel, recruiting new participants, and ensuring seamless communication with our research participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of French speaking panelists to participate in our market research studies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our panelists, ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform
  • Collaborate with our research team to identify new recruitment opportunities and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes and improve panelist engagement
  • Provide excellent customer service to our research participants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in a call center setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
