Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SIOP transformation workstreams and Global Business Process initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior management to drive alignment and ensure effective execution of the SIOP process.
- Develop and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the SIOP process.
- Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross-functional change management to enable a mature SIOP process.
- Support the improvement of the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, and robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in using the new SIOP tools and processes.
- Project manage the implementation of improvements to the SIOP process and transformation.
- Support the development of operations plans and incorporate customer needs into operations plans.
- Support the standardization of best practices for process improvement change across the organization and oversee its implementation in SIOP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, engineering, data analytics, business operations, finance, or a related field.
- Typically years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain (SCOR) focus and years of experience in SIOP/S&OP/IBP.
- ASCM/APICS and IBF/S&OP (SIOP) certifications, or certified Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution and management.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and forward planning ability.
- MS Power BI a plus.
- SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a plus.
- ML/AI-GenAI experience a plus.
