Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our front-line operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping activities
- Provide over-the-counter and phone service to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files as assigned
- Review airway bills and register as necessary
- Interface with customers on customs-related issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Ops Manager
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points)
- Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment or 18 months of experience as a Service Agent
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs) and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment
- Good general office skills, including typing, filing, and computer literacy
- Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills
