Td Synnex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and acquiring top talent to meet the company's business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates

• Prepare and extend offer letters and employment contracts

• Lead the creation of interviewing schedules for job applicants

• Coordinate reference and background checks for potential employees with approved vendors

• Lead the execution of internal movements process

• Additional duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment or a related field

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Project Management

• Ability to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish

• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive

• Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion

• Ability to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others

• Ability to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
