Master Data Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement digitalized Purchasing-to-Pay processes and procedures
  • Maintain master data in relevant systems and tools
  • Extract master data reports from respective systems and tools and distribute to dedicated functions regularly and by special request
  • Support and implement master data improvement and harmonization measures
  • Support invoice verification process and clarify discrepancies with Accounting, Country Plants, and Category Purchasing regularly
  • Support implementation of objectives/targets for the Master Data Management organization
  • Support special tasks based on upper-level decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Experience in the automotive industry is desired
  • SAP/SAP S/4 HANA
  • Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Data Management, Purchasing)
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate, and analyze complex situations, reliability, willingness to learn, humility
  • Business-fluent language skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
