As a Cloud Data Engineer - Technical Lead at IBM, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our data solutions on the AWS platform. Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to support our data analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them to solve complex technical problems and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.

Leading Technical Projects: Lead technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Infrastructure Management: Manage infrastructure including hardware, software, and other tools needed for the project.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and goals.

Technical Strategies: Develop technical strategies and roadmaps, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new technologies and approaches to achieve business objectives.

Compliance: Ensure all technical solutions comply with relevant standards, regulations, and policies.

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, evaluating their potential to improve business operations and making recommendations to senior management.

Required expertise includes AWS Cloud Data Engineer, with a strong focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models. Proficient English is also required.

Preferred expertise includes experience in automation and scripting, including programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell, as well as strong knowledge and experience in cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud providers.
