The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale business and supervising the area in every aspect of the company. They will work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement sales, marketing, and training plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale partners and ensure they meet company merchandising guidelines
- Develop and implement action plans with wholesale partners to achieve sales targets
- Initiate and implement marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional programming
- Ensure optimal assortment, POS-material needs, and manage stock levels and rotation
- Establish staff training programs in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Control budgets and review business results with customers
- Open new accounts and close underperforming ones
- Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels
- Establish visit reports and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to guarantee auto-replenishment and collections targets
- Control visit plans and visit reports
Requirements
- Strong collaboration with Logistics and Marketing departments
- Ability to inform the Brand Manager of extraordinary or irregular points and elements
- Follow up on new and renovation projects in collaboration with the Brand Manager and OMEGA HQ VM Department
