About the Role

This position reports directly to our Tax Supervisor, Accounting, and is responsible for supporting the electronic invoicing function, sales reconciliation for local tax authorities, provisions related to Sales, Rebates and Revenue Recognition, and General Ledger reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily processing of electronic invoices, credit notes, and payment documents according to tax authorities.
  2. Upload all electronic invoices and POD in customer websites for validation, according to the ship-to address.
  3. Review correct payment application by customer invoice.
  4. Reconciliation of invoices processed in Oracle vs warehouse shipment report.
  5. Reconciliation for Oracle sales account vs Tax authority information.
  6. Value Added Tax monthly reconciliation.
  7. Calculate and review Revenue Recognition at end-month process.
  8. Credit card corporate administration.
  9. Balance Account reconciliation in Blackline assignment for Rebates, Fixed Assets, and Prepayments.
  10. Support internal controls self-assessment testing with the understanding of how to remediate control risks.
Requirements
  • Six years of knowledge of general accounting.
  • Knowledge and abilities of software packages: Windows, accounting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Oracle ERP.
