About the Role
You will work as a key member of the IP Development Group at Micron Mexico Design Center, focusing on the development and design of analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM-related memory products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects at Micron
- Collaborating with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of designed circuits
- Working with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node
- Providing layout supervision and optimizing layout throughout post-layout simulations
Qualifications
Extensive experience in analog IC design, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, and current reference designs. Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent. Experience in the memory industry, preferably with flash or DRAM. Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers.
