We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Hr Connect S.A De C.V. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Collect and review information necessary for payroll processing, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses.
• Generate and submit accurate and timely payroll-related reports.
• Maintain our employee database with up-to-date information.
• Register and cancel IMSS records.
• Execute registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the IMSS system.
• Obtain proof of registrations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Register employer records.
• Manage Fonacot affiliations.
• Make changes to tax status and obtain receipts.
• Calculate payments (SUA, IMSS, FONACOT ISN).
• Possess a solid understanding of labor and tax laws related to payroll processing.
**Requirements**
• Conversational English level (indispensable).
• Knowledge of the IMSS law, ISR, and current regulations.
• Leadership and management experience in the payroll area.
• Experience in audits with authorities.
• Supervision and development experience in work teams of 7 to 8 people in the payroll area.
• Tax calculations and settlements expertise.
