**Mission-Driven Supply Chain Leadership**

Cisco Systems is seeking a skilled Product Materials Manager to lead our supply chain efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing product materials and ensuring timely delivery of PCBA materials to our manufacturing partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily customer orders and prioritize according to key delivery milestones.
  • Communicate with critical stakeholders, coordinate, and align with manufacturing partners.
  • Troubleshoot different issues based on data analytics.
  • Understand various sets of data for quality & process control and decision-making process.
  • Cost and productivity management, including Non-Material Spend, Transformation cost review, and approval.
  • Material Management, assurance of timely and sufficient trigger internal and external suppliers.
  • Engineering Change Order management to ensure transparent implementation and minimized Inventory impact.
  • Excess and Obsolete management.
  • Capacity analysis and management according to forecast and different business needs.
  • Lead or engagement in ongoing improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor degree in Supply chain Management, BS Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, or equivalent experience working in the electronics supply Chain manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years Manufacturing Supply Chain experience.
  • Customer impact oriented.
  • Capable to connect information into business outcomes and decision-making process.
  • Resilient to be on a continuously changing environment.
  • Understanding of the different supply and demand elements.
  • Strong Understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Program Management - PMP would be a plus.
  • Analytical and communications skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate with a strong desire to learn and ability to be flexible.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (in English).
  • Experience and comfortable to work in a diverse cultural and global work environment.
  • Mobilizes both time and resources to get things done.
  • Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness, and support for change within the organization, and contributing to the development of training.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: 0.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
