**Job Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Operations Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our food and beverage/culinary operation at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent financial management expertise. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking to drive revenue growth, maximize profit margins, and exceed guest expectations.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy, adaptability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our Marriott International team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining budgets for food and beverage operations

• Analyzing financial reports and statements to inform business decisions

• Collaborating with culinary leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance

• Establishing clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the food and beverage team

• Fostering open communication, trust, and respect among team members

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related profession

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and exceeding guest satisfaction targets

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis software
