About the Role

Verifone is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This is a key role that will support the growth and success of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing communication programs and strategies for LATAM
  • Design and manage marketing materials, including content and visual elements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop sales campaigns and messaging
  • Manage promotional events, such as conferences and customer workshops
  • Lead customer-related communications, including building and developing compelling customer stories and insights
  • Propose new marketing communication strategies and implement new ideas to improve overall funnel performance
  • Promote the Verifone brand on social media
  • Manage RFP pipeline and bid processes
  • Manage newsletters and internal communications
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing marketing communications and promotions
  • Experience in organizing events, workshops, and conferences
  • Strong background and experience in B2B marketing in the software and technology sectors, ideally in Fintech
  • Management experience to lead and coordinate marketing activities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Extensive content development experience leveraging digital media platforms
Skills and Abilities
  • Self-motivated, articulate, and flexible to work on multiple projects in different time zones
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly the ability to observe and listen to internal and external customers
  • Resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and navigate the demands of different requirements of various stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Possess a curious, creative, and innovative mindset
  • Understanding of a multi-cultural approach to marketing and communications within LATAM
