At Alstom, we're committed to leading societies to a low-carbon future, and we're looking for a talented Project Security Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Project Security Manager will be responsible for protecting Alstom employees, sites, assets, and projects in progress, as well as sensitive information. This involves implementing and overseeing Alstom security policies and procedures at the project level, ensuring compliance with Group Security policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess threats and identify security risks for the project.
  2. Define and implement relevant security measures for the project.
  3. Ensure compliance of any security measure implemented within the project with the Group Security policies.
  4. Define and implement the right security organization for the project.
  5. Control and update the project security organization, means, and processes.
  6. Edit and update the Project Security Plan.
  7. Ensure that project staff is aware of its individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
  8. Keep an updated POB (People On Board) for the project.
  9. Follow both the general security and social situation in the city/area of the project.
  10. Provide advice and recommendations to the project Director on security issues and ensure coordination with all security stakeholders.
  11. Coordinate with other consortium stakeholders if any.
  12. Create and maintain the relevant local security network.
  13. Report all security incidents to the Project Director and the Country Security Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, security, or equivalent training.
  • English speaking (Professional working proficiency level).
  • Previous experience in the military, law enforcement, or security field.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of national and/or local security environment and security issues.

Desirable

  • Previous crisis management experience.
  • Existing network in the region.
