Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Health & Well-being Shift Lead to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Employee Health and Well-being organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing shift team and ensuring the total health of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a High-Performing Shift Team: Foster a collaborative environment and lead by example to drive operational excellence and achieve team goals.
  • Manage Operational Aspects: Oversee technical development, career coaching, performance, training, and regulatory compliance for your shift team.
  • Ensure Employee Protection: Implement occupational health programs, provide primary care services, and promote health activation in accordance with J&J and local regulations.
  • Maintain Visibility: Serve as an Employee Health & Well-being advocate and spokesperson for your shift.
  • Coordinate Onboarding: Execute the onboarding process for physicians, nurses, and support staff, ensuring comprehensive and proper completion of medical documentation.
  • Support Patient Experience: Develop and implement strategies to elevate the patient experience.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and innovative health technologies to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Licensed Doctor or Nurse (non-restricted license) with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience and Skills: 4-6 years of work experience, occupational health experience in manufacturing, fluency in Spanish, excellent verbal communication and written presentation skills, intermediate proficiency in English, and knowledge of applicable regulations.
