- Support Patient Experience: Develop and implement strategies to elevate the patient experience.
- Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and innovative health technologies to inform decision-making.
- Education: Licensed Doctor or Nurse (non-restricted license) with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Experience and Skills: 4-6 years of work experience, occupational health experience in manufacturing, fluency in Spanish, excellent verbal communication and written presentation skills, intermediate proficiency in English, and knowledge of applicable regulations.
