- Support new product introductions and equipment/process implementations.
- Monitor existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
