**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Product Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Product Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for ICRM
• Collaborate with internal areas, including Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other Control Functions, to address compliance issues
• Prepare and maintain Compliance program-related materials
• Develop and administer Compliance training for supported functions, businesses, or products
• Research rules and rule changes and assist in implementing policies, procedures, or other controls necessary to comply with regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

• Strong knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with flexibility, innovation, and adaptability
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong knowledge in area of focus, such as products of Markets and Securities Services
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level
• Knowledge of performing controls testing and monitoring activities

**Education**:

• Bachelor's degree; experience in Compliance, legal, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry, regulatory organizations, or legal/consulting firms, or a combination thereof; Advanced degree preferred

**Job Requirements**:

• Full-time position
