Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Import & Export Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the import-export operation, customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Import-Export Operation Management: Oversee the import-export operation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customs documentation.
  2. Customs Documentation: Prepare and submit customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with import-export operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Trade Data Management: Manage and analyze trade data, including import-export statistics, to inform business decisions.
  5. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in import-export operations, customs compliance, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of import-export regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements. Proficient in trade data management software and Microsoft Office.
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
