Job Description

We are seeking a talented Global Operations and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Success team.

About the Role

The Global Operations and Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing tools to maximize their value for the Customer Success team. This includes:

  • Implementing and adopting CS enablement tools and technologies
  • Maintaining and improving CS enablement tools and technologies
  • Providing training and support to CS representatives on systems, processes, and best practices
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of CS initiatives and recommending adjustments as needed
  • Analyzing CS performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate key CS metrics and insights to stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English
