We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to play a key role in building our cloud solution platform. As a Senior Cloud Software Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, integrating, and deploying scalable cloud software services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
  • Evaluate trade-offs to maximize performance and time-to-market
  • Collaborate with AWS Cloud Services: S3, IAM, EC2, IoT Core, Fargate
  • Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment tools: Pulumi, Terraform
  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Grafana
  • Develop reliable, secure, and scalable APIs
  • Collaborate with end-users to determine requirements and provide technical documents
  • Deliver high-quality, well-written code that is easily supported and maintainable
  • Design and implement microservices, distributed, and event-driven systems
  • Build scalable data pipelines and integrate them with IoT devices
  • Self-manage timelines and communicate progress to the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of software development experience
  • Deep understanding of databases and APIs
  • Must have Python, SQL, API, and AWS experience
  • Experience with Postgres and time-series data
  • Experience using Git, JIRA, Docker, and AWS technologies
  • Familiarity with backend web applications: Flask and serverless framework
  • Working with Git and Continuous Integration (Jenkins) in an Agile development environment
  • Experience interfacing with IoT cloud-based devices
  • Writing excellent quality code that's testable and well-documented
  • Ability to work as a team and communicate clearly in technical discussions
  • Experience with Fleet Management: MQTT protocol, remote interfacing, and OTAs
