As a Project Coordinator, Site Supervision at Ware Malcomb, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise construction works on time, quality, and safety during the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager in the management of control documents, reports, and weekly meetings.
- Organize and review project contract documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide support to the Project Manager throughout the construction phase, including assistance with daily and weekly reports, and document weekly construction meetings.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.
- Conduct daily inspections on site to ensure that works are focused on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage the contractor's activities during the construction phase.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial site supervision.
- Bachelor's Degree in an architectural, civil engineering, or construction-related program.
- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Effective ability to speak in public in Spanish (English desirable) in front of small to large groups of people.
- Leadership of small to larger project teams.
- Basic knowledge of local and international construction codes.
