We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial systems solutions to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute the entire implementation life cycle of the General Ledger system, including planning, discovery, design, and deployment. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices to maximize value and return on investment.
You will have the opportunity to work with our award-winning Cloud HCM platform, which offers a unified database and continuous calculation engine, driving efficiency, productivity and compliance for the global workforce.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have functional and technical expertise in accounting and payroll, as well as experience with software implementation in a SaaS/Cloud environment. You will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting, and at least 5 years of experience in software implementation, focusing on accounting.
You will work closely with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful delivery. Your excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time, with multiple competing priorities.
