About the Role

Rumzer is seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Product Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping manufacturers build safer, cleaner products by ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with manufacturing customers to collect and maintain documentation required to ensure compliance with regulations such as EU REACH, RoHS, California Prop 65, US TSCA, and more.
  • Assist in finding documentation on the web and interact with suppliers to request and collect information.
  • Enter necessary information into a database application to assess compliance with international regulations.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of post-college experience in a related field.
  • Experience assessing product compliance to EU REACH, RoHS, California Prop 65, US TSCA, and similar regulations.
  • Experience using IMDS, CDX, and other product compliance applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and respond quickly.
  • Service-oriented.
  • Interest in global work and ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Good communicator with the ability to influence and challenge across all levels within the organization.
  • Interested in growing in the department over time.
  • Able to follow directions, but also a self-starter with good judgment.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Tableau a plus.
