Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application software and middleware, including Linux and Windows platforms.
- Implement application performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with other technical groups on process improvement projects.
- Perform routine housekeeping and health monitoring, including writing Linux/UNIX shell scripts for automation and monitoring tasks.
- Support and resolve issues related to application recycles, disk space, process hung, port conflicts, logs archiving, and SSL certificate expiry.
- Work on infrastructure-related requests, such as DNS registration and SSL certificate management.
- 5-7 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on supporting client-facing web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows fundamentals and administration, as well as web technologies such as WebLogic, Oracle Fusion, Apache, and Nginx.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, container systems (Docker), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Good awareness of Microsoft.NET technology and certification in AWS is a plus.
