About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott Los Cabos. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on the Fairfield Guarantee
• Stocking carts and managing inventory levels
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
