Senior Sailpoint Consultant: IAM Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sailpoint Consultant to join our team at Nearshore Cyber. As a Senior Sailpoint Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory and implementation services for Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and junior consultants in Sailpoint engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth Sailpoint assessments, analyze client requirements, and recommend best practices.
  • Configure and customize Sailpoint IdentityIQ to meet client's specific IAM needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather IAM requirements and design scalable and secure Sailpoint solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sailpoint trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Sailpoint documentation, operational procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior Sailpoint consultants and support teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementation and consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
  • Sailpoint certifications, such as Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year and benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico.
