About the Role

Valeo is a leading global company in the automotive industry, dedicated to designing innovative solutions for a greener and more secure mobility. As a Warranty Trainee, you will be part of our Test&Validation Team, working closely with our R&D team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and deploy documents, letters, and warranty resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with PDCA leaders to implement content and analyze guaranteed PDCAs.
  • Support leaders in the analysis of warranty PDCAs and provide analysis of guarantee pieces received when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of statistical analysis of customer warranty data and escalate any quality and cost risks.
