We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Marsh McLennan. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models to support multiple reports and self-service users.
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive good design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to automate manual data analytics and reporting processes.
- Analyze existing reports and dashboards to determine scope of effort and resource requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data modeling.
- 2+ years of experience building and managing Power BI reports.
- Experience with BI Dashboard, Python, SQL queries, DAX, and Power Query development.
