About the Role:

The Inventory Analyst is a key member of the National Inventory team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes across 8-9 field locations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily SAP and WMS data to ensure system accuracy above 98%
  • Develop solutions for common system variances using root cause analysis and collaboration
  • Support field locations with day-to-day reconciliation activities and inventory system needs
  • Lead cross-functional opportunities with distribution centers, 3PL teams, and other stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy and best practices
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to managers and supervisors on account-specific warehouse initiatives and LSS projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work in the office in CDMX
