About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support team, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address tax, statutory, legal, and language requirements for our global rollout.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements based on strategic and tactical business needs.
  • Prepare detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents.
  • Anticipate business needs by identifying system deficiencies and opportunities for system/process improvement.
  • Lead small project efforts end-to-end, as requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support.
  • Experience with Fusion FBDI templates and related processes to load/stage data.
  • Experience creating reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smartview, and basic SQL proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting, finance, management information systems, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to report in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one of the ERP modules.
  • CPA, CMA, PMP certification.
