Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Schaeffler Group. As a customer-facing professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong relationships with our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on relevant activities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute order fulfillment processes, confirm pricing, and respond to customer complaints.
- Prepare business-related reports and coordinate sales and quality returns.
- Support intercompany business processes and serve as a contact point for customer master data changes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a sales, marketing, or engineering department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Advanced level English language proficiency.
