Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Our Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer purchase orders/contracts to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Execute order fulfillment processes, confirming pricing and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Access customer internet sites/portals and liaise with customer service accounts, Schaeffler affiliates, and the accounting department.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external providers to manage vendor-owned inventory projects.
  • Prepare business-related reports and coordinate sales and quality returns.
  • Initiate debit/credit requests and resolve customer complaints.
  • Support intercompany business processes and serve as a contact point for customer master data changes.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • An Associate's degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Assertive and creative problem-solving skills with advanced English language proficiency.
  • SAP R/3 SD Module and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
