About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR organization in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth of our new plant in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives
  • Lead the HR organization, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement
  • Coordinate and follow up on all product and process industrialization to meet business case, project budget, and production targets
  • Initiate and implement action plans for continuous improvement of all product and process industrialization relevant processes
  • Transfer available know-how from other plants worldwide to the new plant
  • Steer and manage Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Controlling, and derive appropriate measures
  • Steer, consult, and communicate Organizational Changes
  • Drive the implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives in the Location
  • Follow up with labor market trends and develop and implement appropriate HR related measures
  • Enable human resources training and development and ensure a strong talent base for the organization
  • Represent the organization in the local community
  • Lead own HR organization, including setting vision, defining strategy, managing budget, allocating resources, and creating global networks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Relations, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Project leader experience in strategic HR projects
  • Experience managing a budget and costs
  • Experience in HR processes, including staffing, organizational development
  • Industry-related trends, including cultural and political trends
  • Local related legal knowledge, including tax, labor, and contracts
  • Understanding of relevant organizational structures, various functions and interfaces, politics and history within the organization, key processes and tools
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
  • Leadership experience, minimum 3 years in leading people
  • International experience, preferable
  • Advanced English
