We're seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to drive research and design strategy for our Zillow Home Loans user research team. As a key member of our Experience Research team, you'll be responsible for crafting phenomenal customer experiences through data-driven insights and collaboration with designers.
Your primary focus will be on applying research methods to investigate and tackle ambitious customer problems, synthesizing customer needs to guide product strategy, and advocating for customer needs throughout the design process. You'll work closely with marketers, designers, product managers, and engineers to propose, test, and evaluate ideas that improve Zillow customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- Developing and implementing research plans to address business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric experiences
- Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders
- Leading research activities such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing
We're looking for a skilled researcher with 5-7 years of experience in user research, excellent collaboration skills, and a strong ability to communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you're passionate about understanding customer needs and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, we'd love to hear from you.
