About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intercompany Financial Analyst to join our team at Continental. As an Intercompany Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Receivables and Payables ICO process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Receivables and Payables ICO process in a timely and reliable manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies, legal guidelines, and tax requirements.
  • Clean and analyze ICO customer/vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage Elites control, Expats billing, and Collection and payments of loans' and Cashpool interests.
  • Approve and support ICO customer extension or creation via MDG, and generate ICO credit and debit notes.
  • Post invoices with GR, and post financial invoices without GR.
  • Perform TX Matching Tool process, and Monthly Closing ICO Confirmation in System (ICR).
  • Generate Aging reports to follow up with Plants and customers/vendors' support to avoid old open invoices/GR.
  • Calculate the Forecast and Budget for ICO Non-Financial items.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administrative, or Business.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Economics, or Administrative.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Fluent English.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
