Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Technician to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of kitchen facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance, repair, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Working Conditions
