The EHS & Facilities Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of AMETEK facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive EHS program that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and training needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor employees on safe work practices and reinforce established policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and other relevant laws and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
