Global Project Manager O2C: Lead Cross-Functional Teams

About the Role

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager O2C to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects that improve service, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to deliver the O2C capability, resulting in the stand-up of a new global capability for GBS.
  • Ensure the delivery of the global business case by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to a new structure, unlocking cost and service benefits, and improving service, revenue, and profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates are cleared.
  • Partner with consultants on design to ensure project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to the Statement of Work.
  • Support the definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts.
  • Establish transition plans and timelines in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and interviewing.
  • Ensure effective knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, and due diligence are achieved for all roles.
  • Lead weekly governance meetings and periodic Steering Council presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Resolve issues proactively and raise critical issues.
  • Monitor IT solution development and implementation.
  • Actively engage as part of the Global Change and Communications plans related to the project.
  • Report out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance.
  • Establish SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, obstacles, and potential alternatives to solve and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, or operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain with a specific focus on project management and O2C.
  • English fluency, both written and verbal, required; exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS).
