About the Role

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager O2C to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a detailed project plan for the O2C capability, resulting in the stand-up of this new global capability for GBS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to deliver the O2C capability, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Business Case Delivery: Ensure the delivery of the global business case, worth $22MM+, by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to the new structure, unlocking cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue, and PEP+.
  • Global Design and Coordination: Lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared.
  • Partnering with Consultants: Partner with consultants on design, ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Global Digital Solutions: Support the definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts.
  • Transition Planning: Establish a transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs.
  • Human Resources: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and interviewing.
  • Due Diligence: Ensure effective KC/KT/due diligence achieved for all roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead weekly governance meetings and period Steering Council presentations, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues proactively and raise critical issues.
  • IT Solution Development: Monitor IT solution development and implementation.
  • Change Management: Actively engage as part of the Global Change and Comms plans related to the project.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance.
  • Service Level Agreements: Establish SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify gaps, risks, obstacles, and potential alternatives to solve and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions/outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, or operations.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain with specific focus on project management and O2C.
  • Language Skills: English Fluency both written and verbal required; exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).
  • Process Improvement: Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS).
