Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Wintershall Dea Ag. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing production operations in our Ogarrio Field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with service providers and operational teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet company standards and policies
  • Monitor and optimize well production from bottom hole to surface installations
  • Evaluate the need for chemical injection in the field and manage interventions with slick line equipment
  • Manage program development, monitoring, and results analysis with the team
  • Develop and manage workflows and tools to detect bottlenecks and optimize production

Requirements

  • University Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related technical discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations, maintenance, production engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in project execution and international experience is desirable
  • Proactive, teamwork-oriented profile with strong HSEQ and leadership skills
  • Effective communication ability and fluency in English and Spanish
