Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at Flex, a leading global manufacturer of electronics and other products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of customer requirements and delivering projected value to Flex and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of customer requirements and deliver projected value to Flex and its customers.
- Develop and implement program schedules and budgets, and track relevant metrics to drive action items.
- Provide expertise and support with contract negotiations, and oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, and have control over different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers, and monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience as a Program Manager, with advanced English language skills.
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of PCBA processes.
- Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes, including capabilities, rates, and financial aspects such as quotes and charges.
- Experience with OTD, Yields, CTBs, P&L analysis, and plan attainment.
- Proficiency in BAAN, SAP, or Oracle systems.
- Demonstrated advanced operations, technical, and people skills, as well as customer relationship skills.
